Tour de Lakes is a memorial bike ride for Tom Logan, a Lee's Summit bike enthusiast. Thanks to many passionate friends and family, Tour de Lakes has become an annual bike riding event around the many lakes in Eastern Jackson County. AND...all proceeds from the ride go to the New Longview Foundation and to Lee's Summit Parks & Recreation for the development and promotion of more, better, and safer biking experiences.
